Thank you for purchasing HWW candles. You have chosen a clean burning , non-toxic candle that is poured in a re-usable/re-fillable container so we want to make sure you get the best burn experience from your candle.

The first time burning your candle make sure to get a good heat pool over the entire surface. Once the entire surface is melted it ensures a more even candle burn in the future to prevent "tunneling and waste"

 

Candle wicks  need to be trimmed between each burn. Don"t skip this step. it is very important to maintain a cleaner burn

Your burn  should never burn longer than 4 hours

 

The ideal surface is heat safe, away from drafts, and out of the reach of pets, children and/or drapes and furniture or flammable objects
